Jill AND Mary

Jillian Hernely, born Noel Hennely on 25 November, 1968. She is a talented Canadian actor and singer who has made an important contribution to American television. She is renowned for her stellar performances in the American television show Law & Order where she captivated audiences for three seasons as the prosecutor Claire Kincaid and Crossing Jordan wherein she played the protagonist Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Her acting talents were evident in the films RoboCop 3 Most Wanted as and Chutney Popcorn & The Acting Class. In these independent film, she exercised co-directing as well as writing skills. Hennessy began her career in 1988along with her sister as twin call girls in the film Dead Ringers. Her Broadway debut was with Buddy, The Buddy Holly Story. Then in RoboCop 3 in 1993 she was the role of Dr. Marie Lazarus. In the following year she made her most famous break when she was cast in NBC's smash show Law & Order to play assistant district attorneys Claire Kincaid. She received an Golden Globe Award for Best Actress as well as An Emmy Award. Parker has also been awarded the Tony Award for Best Actress 2001 for her performance in the Broadway show Proof.
