Ariana Richards

Ariana Clarice Richards (born April 15th 1970) is an American former actress who paints. Her most famous performance is in the film, Lex Murphy, in the popular movie Jurassic Park. Richards won several Young Artist Awards for her performances as a child, however now as an adult, she has focused primarily on her art career. Ariana Richards is a well-distinguished American actor and artist that has gained a lot of attention since her appearance in the lead role of Lex Murphy in Jurrasic Park in 1993. The awards she has received are the Bambi Award for Young Artist as well as Favorite Actress in Australia, United Kingdom, and Favorite Film Newcomer in Japan. Ariana was able to dedicate more of her time and energy to her artistic life after the year 2013. In the following time she was able to build a fan-base of over 50k on Instagram. Skidmore College granted her an honorary diploma in Fine Art and Drama in 2001. After that, she attended The Art Center College of Design Pasadena California and studied art. Ariana as well as Mark Aaron Bolton married in January 2013, a former Irish Defence Forces soldier turned stuntman. The couple had their first baby in the year 2015. Her first self-portrait was done in watercolor, as a reference to a scene from Jurassic Park. In the image, she is holding a spoon of jello with an advancing raptor. The 16th of April 2012 was when she launched her YouTube channel called GalleryAriana on which she uploads her portrait work. Besides Jurassic Park (1993) she appears in other noteworthy films, including Tremors (1990) Spaced Invaders (1990) Locked Up A Mother's Rage (1992) as well as Switched At Birth (1991). Ariana owns a horse named Kindred Spirit.
